Requires minerals to create missiles, so in order to balance this so it isn't cheaty, the artifact takes about 30 cargo, requires minerals to create new missiles, takes 5 minerals to manufacture 1 unit, takes grip space inside the ship as a space to work autonomous if the owner has enough materials to make it work, in the event all the launchers have enough ammo, it could be repurposed to produce weapon goods Many of the game artifacts have a certain ability that changes gameplay or give an edge under certain situations, for so long one major balacing feature concerning missiles was that they require ammunition to work, and that is nice, however I have been wanting an artifact that create missiles and do other things.
